The Lip Bar is a black female-owned make-up and cosmetics brand challenging the limiting standards and norms of the beauty industry. The design of their first flagship store in Detroit needed to embody and emphasize principles of inclusivity and representation to welcome people of all skin tones. Located in the charming Parker’s Alley, The Lip Bar’s warm interior provides a unique retail experience in the heart of Downtown Detroit.
